Laurent Delecroix and Art Students Create Immersive Installation at L'être lieu in Arras

From March 24 to April 19, 2026, Laurent Delecroix collaborates with hypokhâgne/khâgne art students on an exhibition titled "Issue" at L'être lieu in Arras. The installation features cells constructed in situ that guide visitors through a sequence of silences, distances, and thresholds. This immersive environment challenges perception by refusing a single viewpoint, requiring physical movement and sensory adjustment. Visitors experience shifting perspectives as breath patterns change and materials impose their own rhythms. The work intentionally disorients, inviting participants to surrender familiar reference points. An opening reception is scheduled for March 24 at 6:30 PM. The exhibition's experiential nature resists verbal description, demanding direct physical engagement. Located at 21 boulevard Carnot, the show transforms the gallery into a space of embodied verification through displacement.
