Late Again Releases New Single 'All My Exes Moved to the Countryside'

Brooklyn-based dream pop musician Late Again, whose real name is Rafael Melo, has unveiled his latest single, 'All My Exes Moved to the Countryside.' This release marks the third track from his forthcoming fourth EP, 'I Dreamt I Was Awake,' set to drop on September 4. The song contemplates urban existence, highlighting the clash between dreams and reality, and incorporates minimalist melodies alongside bossa nova chords. The EP, showcasing sophisticated songwriting, was recorded at Studio G in Brooklyn and Evil Twin in São Paulo, featuring contributions from drummer Thiago Dom, bassist John Lisi, sound engineer Nelson Espinal, and collaborator Heal Mura. Additionally, a trilogy of music videos directed by Gabriel Rollinos accompanies the project. Late Again is scheduled to perform live on October 5 at Supersonic.
