Lancôme Launches Absolue Longevity MD Collection Targeting Biological Skin Age

Lancôme has introduced the Absolue Longevity MD Collection, a five-product skin-care line designed to address biological signs of aging across different life stages. The collection is grouped into three ranges—Anticipate, Intercept, and Reset—each targeting a specific visible biological age: under 35, 35–55, and over 55, respectively. Powered by Mitopure, a patented form of urolithin A developed by the Swiss biotech company Timeline, the line is Lancôme's first dermatologist-validated range grounded in Longevity Integrative Science. According to Ramzy Burns, general manager of Lancôme US, the collection moves away from a one-size-fits-all approach to aging, instead offering a tailored routine based on visible biological age rather than chronological age. Clinical trials showed improvements in elasticity, reduction in crow's feet and nasolabial folds after 12 weeks, and positive effects across 11 signs of aging. The products feature a fresh, lightly salted fragrance and are designed with a focus on sensoriality to enhance user experience and consistency of use.
