Lamberto Pignotti Retrospective at Torre del Tomav in Moresco

Right now, there's a really cool exhibition at the Torre del Tomav in Moresco that celebrates Lamberto Pignotti, who was a trailblazer in visual poetry and played a significant role in both Gruppo 70 and Gruppo 63. The exhibit spans four levels of this unique heptagonal building and includes artwork from the 1970s to today. One standout piece is a large tapestry called 'Verso libero e indipendente' from 2017, which has been showcased at the Centre Pompidou in Paris and the Fondazione Filiberto Menna in Rome. Other highlights feature the 'Quadretti 1981' series with 20 works inspired by Collodi's 'Pinocchio', plus intriguing pieces like poems on gum wrappers and stamp art. There's also a book edited by Antonello Tolve that includes critical essays and the unpublished script for 'Pinocchio Centenario'.
