LACMA 2026 Art+Film Gala to Honor Vija Celmins and Denis Villeneuve
On Saturday, November 7, 2026, the 15th Art+Film Gala will take place at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), celebrating the works of artist Vija Celmins and filmmaker Denis Villeneuve. Co-chairs for the event will be LACMA trustee Eva Chow and actor Leonardo DiCaprio, who return to their roles. Since its beginning in 2011, Gucci has served as the Presenting Sponsor. Michael Govan, LACMA's CEO and Wallis Annenberg Director, commended Celmins for her meticulous depictions of nature that fuse imagination with realism.
