La performance: archive and actuality examined in new publication

A new book titled "La performance. Vie de l’archive et actualité," edited by R. Cuir and É. Mangion, has been published by Les presses du réel. The volume explores the relationship between performance art and its archival life, examining how documentation and live acts intersect. The publication was reviewed in artpress issue 413 (July-August 2014, p. 85). The book addresses the ongoing relevance of performance archives in contemporary art discourse.
