La Negrilla House: A Chilean Vacation Home by Croxatto y Opazo Arquitectos
La Negrilla House, a holiday residence spanning 152 m², has been finalized by Croxatto y Opazo Arquitectos in Matanzas, Chile, located approximately two and a half hours south of Santiago. Perched 50 meters above sea level, the home offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding coastal scenery. The project was led by Nicolás Opazo, Felipe Croxatto, Martín Dellatorre, and José Pablo O’Ryan, with construction handled by FCF, landscaping designed by Javiera Uribe, and structural engineering provided by Luis Della Valle. Photographic documentation was done by Cristóbal Palma. The completion of the house took place in 2025.
