L'Integrale: Italian magazine exploring culture through bread
L'Integrale is an Italian cultural magazine that takes a unique look at topics like agriculture, literature, history, and anthropology, all through the lens of bread. Launched in early 2020, its first issue, "Attenti al pane," came out in October of that year. The magazine enjoys the support of Milan baker Davide Longoni, who collaborates with the editorial team to ensure it remains independent. Diletta Sereni is the editorial director, while Gianluca Cannizzo manages the art direction and illustrations. The team also includes Gabriele Rosso, Irene Soave, and Tommaso Melilli. It publishes quarterly and is available in select bookstores and bakeries across Italy. So far, four issues have been released, each exploring different themes.
