Kunsthaus Langenthal exhibition explores digital unease and alternatives to big tech

The Kunsthaus Langenthal in Switzerland presents 'Raus aus dem digitalen Unbehagen / Escaping the Digital Unease', a group exhibition opening August 30, 2017, curated by museum director Raffael Dörig in collaboration with Domenico Quaranta and Fabio Paris of the Link Art Center in Brescia. Sunde's statement that 'Internet has failed' and that data is controlled by unelected figures like Mark Zuckerberg and Donald Trump serves as a catalyst. The curatorial text asks for new forms of critique, independent platforms, and a revisiting of early web utopias. The exhibition runs from August 31 to November 13, 2017.
