La mostra del Korea Art Prize 2026 apre al MMCA di Seul

La mostra del Korea Art Prize 2026 è in corso al National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA) di Seul dal 24 luglio al 6 dicembre 2026. Curata da Park Deoksun, la mostra presenta opere di quattro artisti nominati: Lee Hai Min Sun, Lee Jungwoo, Jeon Hyunsun e Hong Jin-hwon. Lee Hai Min Sun presenta installazioni tra cui 'Lingering Snow' (2024/2026), 'Plant Erectus_The Mass' (2026) e 'Here I am' (2023–2026). Le opere di Lee Jungwoo includono 'The Left Handed Gun' (2026), 'If One Climbs Up and Up' (2020/2026) e 'Floating Clouds' (2026). Jeon Hyunsun contribuisce con 'Mountain' (2026), 'Even Rabbits Dig a Second Burrow' (2026) e 'The Unseen Paintings' (2026). Le opere di Hong Jin-hwon includono 'The Highest Form of the Image is Armed Struggle' (2026), 'Exactly Speaking, the Milky Way is a Phantom' (2026) e 'Dark Adaptation' (2026). La mostra fa parte del Korea Art Prize, un prestigioso premio organizzato dal MMCA per riconoscere e sostenere gli artisti coreani contemporanei.
