Königsberger Vannucchi Links São Paulo Towers with Glass Skybridge
Königsberger Vannucchi Arquitetos Associados, a Brazilian architectural firm, has finalized Almagah 227, a mixed-use project in São Paulo featuring two skyscrapers linked by a glass skybridge. This development is part of the Eixo Platina masterplan created by Porte Engenharia e Urbanismo. The residential tower comprises 25 stories, while the office tower stands at 27, with the skybridge located on the 13th and 14th levels. It houses corporate offices and a restaurant, showcasing a contrast between the towers' porcelain exterior and dark glass. The ground level includes retail spaces and a pool deck. A ventilated facade system minimizes heat absorption by 20%. Contributing firms include Edatec Engenharia, Teknika Projetos e Consultoria, Suíte Arquitetos, Tagü, Venfaq, and Portobello.
