Knoll reissues Morrison Hannah chair for European launch
Knoll has released an updated version of the Morrison Hannah task chair, which was originally crafted by Andrew Morrison and Bruce Hannah in 1973. This new iteration, designed specifically for the European market and made in Italy, boasts enhancements like improved foam for better comfort, added lumbar support, and four options for forward tilting to promote active seating. Staying true to cradle-to-cradle principles, the chair is mainly made from cast aluminum and features a wooden internal seat. Buyers can choose between armless or fixed arms and select from a five-star or four-star base, six frame colors, and custom upholstery. Bruce Hannah noted that this chair, once joyful in 1973, is now even happier after the updates, reflecting Knoll's adaptation to the hybrid office trend in 2026.
