KIDZ Designs Yerevan Coffee Shop Around Sculptural Stainless Steel Bar
The architecture studio KIDZ has crafted FEIN, the brand’s second coffee shop in Yerevan, Armenia. Spanning 63.2 sq.m (680 sq ft), the interior features a sculptural coffee bar made of stainless steel, which serves as the focal point of the design. With only broad guidelines, the studio aimed to create a modern and innovative atmosphere. The layout emphasizes the coffee-making process, turning espresso preparation into a spectacle for patrons. A guillotine window system allows the café to merge with the sidewalk, while a backlit diffuser wall casts a warm, changing glow throughout the day. KIDZ, known for previous projects like Kloud Café & Bar in Glasgow, plans to complete FEIN in 2026.
