Kenya Barris Lists Former Zedd Mansion in Beverly Hills for $20.8 Million

Kenya Barris has put DJ Zedd's former mansion in Beverly Hills on the market for $20.8 million. He acquired the property in early 2023 for $18.4 million, a reduction from the original asking price of $26.5 million. This sale reflects a $2.4 million increase over Zedd's purchase price. The home, listed by Pam Lumpkin of Compass, features five bedrooms and nine bathrooms, covering about 11,000 square feet on a 3.2-acre hillside in Benedict Canyon. Built in 2016, it boasts amenities such as a soundproof movie theater, a billiards room, a rooftop deck, and an infinity-edge pool. Zedd, whose real name is Anton Zaslavski, sold the estate to move into a Nordic-style mansion in Encino.
