This system works well for both new constructions and renovations, featuring a single frame with a fixed pane on top and either an offset vent or another fixed pane below, giving it a classic single-hung window appearance. It's perfect for industries like healthcare, education, multifamily housing, and offices. Built for energy efficiency, it includes a polyamide thermal barrier and insulating foam to meet strict energy guidelines. The projected versions can reach U-factors as low as 0.35, while fixed options achieve 0.36. It outperforms standard single-hung windows in air and water performance and offers excellent acoustic ratings. Available in various configurations, it can accommodate large sizes and comes pre-fabricated for easier installation.
