Katerina Gregos to leave Art Brussels after 2016 edition

Art Brussels revealed that Katerina Gregos, the artistic director, will resign after the fair's 2016 edition, which is set for 22–24 April. Since her appointment in 2012, Gregos has been instrumental in integrating nonprofit organizations and establishing a curatorial initiative with the Flanders Art Institute. A noted art historian and curator, she recently oversaw the Belgian Pavilion at the 56th Venice Biennale (2015) and the 5th Thessaloniki Biennial. On 9 February 2016, Gregos expressed her desire to concentrate on collaborating with artists and organizing exhibitions.
