The top lot was On Kawara's 'May 7, 1967' (1967) selling for €1,056,000. Other notable results include Claes Oldenburg's 'Ghost Wardrobe for M. M.' (1967-1983) at €343,200, Franz West's 'Prototyp der Auditorium-Diwane' (1991) at €204,600, and Richard Artschwager's 'Portrait 1' (1962) at €211,200. König, who died on August 9, 2024 at age 80, was a renowned curator, founder of Skulptur Projekte Münster, and director of Museum Ludwig from 2000 to 2012.
