Kasing Lung's Labubu characters adorn USM Haller cabinets at Milan design week
Swiss furniture manufacturer USM has teamed up with illustrator Kasing Lung to launch his inaugural collection, titled 'Beautiful Thing!', at Milan design week. This collection showcases two limited-edition items: a sideboard and a shelving unit adorned with Lung's Labubu character alongside other figures from his Monsters universe on USM Haller cabinets. Additionally, a Labubu figurine on a replica USM chair is part of the collection. Labubu, introduced in Lung's 2015 book series, gained immense popularity, with one piece fetching over $150,000. USM North America CEO Jon Thorson mentioned that both Lung and his representative, Lee Howard, are admirers of USM. The collaboration introduces a new character, Bob, limited to 100 pieces. The exhibition 'Wonderland of The Monsters' is scheduled for 20 to 25 April 2026 in Milan.
