Karmachina's multimedia concert inspired by Hieronymus Bosch at Museo del Prado

digital · 2026-05-04

Following the success of 'Belleza y locura', a film-narrative by Rino Stefano Tagliafierro (co-founder of Karmachina) produced by El País Semanal for the Museo del Prado's bicentennial, the Fundación Princesa de Asturias commissioned the Milanese studio to create a new work dedicated to the museum's artistic heritage. The choice fell on Hieronymus Bosch's works for their exceptional visionary force, an endless source of inspiration for an audiovisual piece with evocative power. The music is by the trio Fernweh. The project, titled 'Tríptiko. A vision inspired by Hieronymus Bosch', is a multimedia concert to be performed over three evenings from October 10 to 12. The work represents a journey into the kaleidoscopic world of the Dutch painter. The title references the format of the main work from which the show originates, the Garden of Earthly Delights triptych; this tripartite structure also inspired the scenic element at the center of the stage and the very flow of the audiovisual work, divided into three acts.
