Karen Mirza & Brad Butler Present Multi-Venue Project for Artes Mundi 6 Prize Exhibition

Karen Mirza and Brad Butler, who are contenders for the Artes Mundi 6 prize, showcase their project at three locations in Cardiff until February 22, 2015. Their exhibition, The Unreliable Narrator, at Chapter Arts Centre delves into themes of authority and class, featuring a 2011 Eton exam question regarding the deployment of troops on UK streets in 2040, alongside a video about the Mumbai Attacks. At Cardiff's Temple of Peace, they performed The Exception and the Rule, involving ten community participants to investigate oil and exploitation.
