June 2025's Major Exhibitions: Serpentine Pavilion, Centre Pompidou Retrospective, and Nordic Biennial
On June 6, Marina Tabassum's 'A Capsule in Time' will be unveiled at the Serpentine Pavilion in Kensington Gardens, remaining open until October 26. The architect from Dhaka has designed a semi-open wooden structure influenced by South Asian tent aesthetics. From June 13 to September 22, Wolfgang Tillmans will showcase his work at the Centre Pompidou in Paris. The Momentum 13 biennial in Moss, Norway, will highlight sound art from June 14 to October 12. FOAM Amsterdam will feature Hiền Hoàng's 'Garden of Entanglement' starting June 6. Additionally, Arthur Jafa and Mark Leckey's pieces will be displayed together at Conditions in Croydon from June 28 to August 10. Other exhibitions include Tiago Mestre at Gomide & Co in São Paulo (June 7–August 9), Tammy Nguyen at Lehmann Maupin (June 5–August 15), and Gala Porras-Kim's 'The Categorical Bind' at Sprüth Magers London (June 4–July 26). Lastly, 'Redrawing the Boundaries' at Khaleej Hayy Jameel in Jeddah will be open until October 13, and SXSW London will take place in Shoreditch from June 2 to 7.
