Julia Stoschek Foundation to close Berlin location
The Julia Stoschek Foundation will close its Berlin satellite space at the end of October. Headquartered in Düsseldorf, the foundation manages a collection of over 1,000 time-based art works. The Berlin venue opened in 2016 and hosted 22 exhibitions, including solo shows by Arthur Jafa, Meriem Bennani, and Mark Leckey. The closure is part of a strategic realignment toward international projects. The foundation's first major US exhibition, What a Wonderful World: An Audiovisual Poem, recently concluded in Los Angeles.
