Trump's legal team filed an emergency motion to halt the disclosure, claiming it would cause "irreparable harm." Additionally, Trump aims to revise his lawsuit to emphasize reputational damage instead of business loss. The BBC has condemned this delay as an effort to avoid compliance with court orders and has asked for the lawsuit's dismissal, stating it fails to meet defamation standards.
