Judd Foundation appoints Alexandra Cunningham Cameron as director of design

Alexandra Cunningham Cameron has just stepped into the position of design director at the Judd Foundation, a role that builds on recent design and furniture collaborations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. In this position, she’ll oversee Judd Furniture, emphasizing product innovation and operational efficiency while honoring Donald Judd's design ethos. Cameron will also lead design initiatives that weave Judd's artwork into larger cultural and design conversations, highlighting his writings. She will report to Rainer Judd, the foundation’s president, and artistic director Flavin Judd. Prior to this, she was the creative director at Design Miami and worked as a curator at the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum. Last year, Schaum Architects restored the Judd Architecture Studio in Marfa, Texas, after a fire.
