Joe Jonas Lists Art-Filled Dumbo Condo for $6.75 Million

Joe Jonas has listed his three-bedroom, four-bathroom condo in the Dumbo Olympia tower in Brooklyn for $6.75 million, just over two years after purchasing it for $6.5 million. The 2,700-square-foot corner unit features floor-to-ceiling windows with 26-story-high views of the Manhattan Bridge. The apartment, designed by Sarah Ivory, includes an extensive art collection with works by Andy Dixon, Daniel Arsham, Claudia Keep, Jess Cochrane, Alejandro Piñeiro Bello, Jean-Pierre Villafañe, Frank Frances, Timothy White, Joseph Olisaemeka Wilson, and Ryan Hewett, whose painting 'Origin I' hangs in the primary bedroom. Jonas, who is currently on a yearlong 20th anniversary tour with the Jonas Brothers, told CULTURED editor-in-chief Sarah Harrelson that the process of looking helped him understand his taste and that New York feeds creativity. The listing is handled by Carl Gambino of Gambino Group at Compass. The building, known for its celebrity residents including Ben Simmons, also served as Denzel Washington's residence in Spike Lee's film 'Highest 2 Lowest'. Jonas moved from Nolita, where he sold his apartment in 2024 for $5.3 million. The condo features blond hardwood flooring, custom white oak shelving, an eat-in kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, a spa-inspired bathroom with terrazzo stone, and a speakeasy-inspired lounge. Jonas has expressed interest in opening his own gallery one day.
