Jessica Morgan to Lead Gwangju Biennale

Jessica Morgan has been named the director of the Gwangju Biennale. She is currently the Daskalopoulos Curator for International Art at Tate Modern. Previously, she held the position of Chief Curator at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston and worked as an Assistant Curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago. Morgan earned her MA in Art History from the Courtauld Institute of Art, along with both a BA and MA from Cambridge University. Her notable exhibitions include works by Saloua Raouda Choucair, Gabriel Orozco, John Baldessari: Pure Beauty, and many others, including contributions to MOCA Los Angeles and Tate Turbine Hall Unilever Commissions.
