Jesse Jacobs' 'Crawl Space' Takes Readers on a Psychedelic Journey
Canadian cartoonist Jesse Jacobs (born 1981 in Moncton) has released his latest graphic novel, 'Crawl Space', published by Eris Edizioni in Turin in 2018. The hardcover book follows teenager Daisy as she introduces her new friend Jeanne-Claude to a secret, psychedelic garden behind the washing machine porthole. The plot, though thin, serves as a pretext for a dazzling display of hypnotic, swirling rainbows. Jacobs, known for previous works like 'Even the Giants' (2011), 'E così conoscerai l’universo e gli dei' (2012), and 'Safari Honeymoon' (2014), also announced his first video game, 'Spinch', for summer release. The book is priced at €15 and has 100 pages. The review was written by Ferruccio Giromini.
