Jennifer Lopez Cuts Beverly Hills Home Price to $50 Million

Jennifer Lopez has reduced the asking price of her Beverly Hills mansion to $50 million, after initially listing it for $68 million in 2024. The 38,000-square-foot Georgian-style estate, located in the gated Beverly Crest neighborhood, was purchased jointly with Ben Affleck for $61 million in June 2023. Following their divorce, Affleck transferred his share to Lopez in an amended property settlement. The property, completed in 2000 and renovated in 2017 by developer Gala Asher, sits on 5.2 acres and includes 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a guesthouse, a caretaker residence, a guardhouse, a 12-car garage, and an indoor sports complex with a gym, boxing ring, pickleball and basketball courts. The home has been on and off the market since 2024, with previous price cuts to $60 million and $52 million. Lopez now stands to pocket $20 million if the property sells at the current price. The listing is held by Branden Williams and Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates.
