Jean Nouvel's First Solo Show in His Own Building Opens at Museum of Art Pudong
The Museum of Art Pudong (MAP) in Shanghai is presenting 'Jean Nouvel: Without the Artist, Architecture Disappears' through August 31, 2026. This marks the inaugural solo exhibition of Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel within the space he created. Curated in collaboration with Ateliers Jean Nouvel, the event commemorates MAP's fifth anniversary and showcases architectural models, films, and a replica of Nouvel's studio in Paris. Designed from 2015 to 2021, MAP highlights the interplay between architecture and public spaces.
