Jean-François Bélisle Appointed Director and CEO of National Gallery of Canada
Jean-François Bélisle will lead the National Gallery of Canada starting 17 July 2023, taking over from Angela Cassie. His appointment follows a seven-year period as Executive Director and Chief Curator at the Joliette Art Museum, where he oversaw significant growth in community engagement and visitor numbers.
