Jazz at LACMA Returns for 35th Season in 2026
The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) has just revealed that the 35th season of the Jazz at LACMA concert series will be returning. This popular event will be held Friday evenings from May to October 2026 at the Smidt Welcome Plaza. The season will kick off on May 1, featuring vocalist and composer Michelle Coltrane in celebration of the John Coltrane Centennial, performing from 6 to 8 pm. Other acts lined up for April include the Lao Tizer Band, Julius Rodriguez Trio, Brian Swartz Quintet, and Tierney Sutton. There's no need for tickets, and attendees can bring picnics. Plus, the new David Geffen Galleries are open for Member Previews, with parking at the Pritzker Parking Garage on 6th Street near Fairfax Avenue.
