Jardin des Arts 2026: Monumental Sculpture Exhibition in Châteaubourg

exhibition · 2026-05-07

The 24th edition of Jardin des Arts, a monumental sculpture exhibition, will run from May 1 to September 15, 2026, in Châteaubourg, Brittany. The event transforms the town center and the 5-hectare Parc d'Ar Milin' into an open-air gallery. Five artists are featured: Marie Toulotte, Catherine Thiry, Guillaume Garrié, Sébastien Dufeu, and the collective The Grouples (Marianne Cardon & Aurélien Dupuis). Their works include totemic sculptures, interactive installations, organic structures, and hybrid pieces. The exhibition is free and open daily, with night openings until midnight. Organized by the association Les Entrepreneurs Mécènes in partnership with the municipality, the event has showcased over 150 artists and 400 works since its inception. Châteaubourg, known as the 'Cité des Sculpteurs,' also features a 3-km sculpture trail. The venue offers dining at Bistrot du Moulin and accommodation at Ar Milin' hotels.
