James Ellis Ford, one of the world's most sought-after music producers, has released his new solo album 'Lost in Another World', which he recorded while hospitalized with acute leukemia in early 2025. In an interview, Ford revealed that his stem cell transplant was unsuccessful, leaving him with a weakened immune system and a higher risk of relapse. He currently undergoes monthly blood tests and feels well enough to work and live his life. The album was created in isolation in his hospital room over 15 to 20 days, using a microphone and laptop brought by his wife.
