This rye whiskey, priced at $65 and exclusively available at the distillery, marks the brand's foray into the rye market, which began in 2017. The mashbill consists of 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley. Drawing inspiration from the high-proof Coy Hill whiskey, this new offering was chosen from 129 barrels aged for approximately 10 years. The proof varies between 142.7 and 146.1, with one sample measuring 142.7. It presents intricate flavors of raisin, cherry, and chocolate, notably lacking the usual banana note.
