ITsART's Christmas lineup: documentaries, films, and Dante

ITsART, the Italian culture platform launched nearly a year ago with 700 contents, celebrates Christmas with a new season of digital cultural content, both free and paid (no monthly subscription). Highlights include: 'N-Ice Cello – Storia del violoncello di ghiaccio', a docufilm by Corrado Bungaro about an ice cello made by American artist Tim Linhart with Trentino glacier water, transported to Teatro Politeama in Palermo for a world premiere by Giovanni Sollima; 'Crepax Lanterna Magica' by Roberto Manfredi, exploring the work of comic artist Crepax (d. 2003), featuring Beatrice Carella as Valentina and testimonies from Caterina and Antonio Crepax, available from December 27; 'Welcome Venice' by Andrea Segre, a film set in Venice during the pandemic, available from December 21; 'Dante, il sogno di un’Italia libera', a docu-drama by Jesus Garces Lambert, available from December 13, co-produced by GA&A Productions/ARTLINE Films with RAI Documentari and ARTE GEIE; and 'La famosa invasione degli orsi in Sicilia', an animated film by Lorenzo Mattotti based on Dino Buzzati's novel, available until December 24.
