Itinerant Photo Exhibition on National Parks Opens at M9 Museum in Mestre

A traveling photography exhibit named 'Protected Futures. I Parchi Nazionali Hohe Tauern e Dolomiti Bellunesi' has been inaugurated at M9 – Museo del '900 in Mestre, close to Venice. This exhibition highlights the contrasts between the Dolomiti Bellunesi and Hohe Tauern national parks, emphasizing the importance of community health and environmental conservation in the face of climate change. Open until April 6, it illustrates the parks' unique features, such as the glaciers of Hohe Tauern and the rock cathedrals of Dolomiti Bellunesi. Organized by the Interreg VI Italy-Austria 2021-2027 CLLD Dolomiti Live initiative, it comprises three sections: 'Tesori Alpini,' 'Monitoraggio e Ricerca,' and 'Paesaggio Culturale.' The exhibit will also visit other cities in Italy and Austria, including Innsbruck and Vienna, with accessibility presentations scheduled for March 1.
