Italy's Culture Ministry seeks 130 interns at €1,000 per month

The Italian Ministry of Culture has revived its 'Fondo 1000 giovani per la cultura' program, opening a call for 130 paid internships for graduates up to age 29. The six-month internships offer a gross monthly stipend of €1,000 and are hosted across various state cultural institutions. Positions are distributed as follows: 40 at the Directorate General for Archives, 30 at the Directorate General for Libraries and Copyright, 10 at the Directorate General for Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape, 10 at the Central Institute for the Digitization of Cultural Heritage (Digital Library) and its affiliated institutes, 10 at the Directorate General for Education, Research and Cultural Institutes, and 30 at the Directorate General for Museums, including Capodimonte and the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art. Interns will work 25 hours per week and receive a certificate of participation. Applicants must hold a master's degree with a grade of at least 105/110 or equivalent. Applications must be submitted online by January 20, 2023.
