Italy's Culture Ministry Hires 35 Specialists for PNRR Superintendency
The Italian Ministry of Culture is recruiting 35 professionals to strengthen the Special Superintendency for the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan). The positions include 5 archaeologists, 20 architects, 4 jurists, and 6 engineers, who will work for 36 months in the Technical Secretariat. The superintendency, established by Minister Dario Franceschini and temporarily assigned to the Directorate General for Archaeology, Fine Arts, and Landscape, aims to streamline approval for major recovery plan projects while ensuring cultural heritage protection. It will remain operational until December 31, 2026. Applications must be submitted by August 6, 2021. Additionally, the Ministry has unblocked a competition to hire 1,052 non-managerial permanent staff, with written tests scheduled for July 28, 2021, across six locations using digital devices.
