Italian Museums and Galleries Expand Online Programs During Lockdown
With the reopening of Italian museums in yellow zones, many are maintaining their online offerings. Artribune highlights various virtual events. PAFF! Palazzo Arti Fumetto Friuli presents 360° tours of 'Masters of Black and White: Milton Caniff,' showcasing 61 boards curated by Luca Raffaelli. The Museo Castromediano di Lecce initiates Bricks4City, a Minecraft initiative by Kids Project Education. Starting on January 25, 2021, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection will host the online course 'L'Arte è Vita,' led by Alessandra Montalbetti. MAXXI in Rome will restart #MAXXIlive on January 28, 2021, while MuseoCity will display works from various museums beginning January 29, 2021. Additionally, Fondazione Palazzo Magnani will present 'Opere al telefono' on January 27, 2021, and Bruce Nauman's exhibition has been rescheduled for May 23, 2021.
