Italian Ministry Launches €600K Call for Cultural Projects in Urban Peripheries

The initiative 'Prendi Parte! Agire e pensare creativo' has been introduced by the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage, under the direction of Minister Dario Franceschini, to support cultural initiatives in underserved urban areas. Sponsored by DGAAP, this program focuses on public and private non-profit cultural organizations located in urban peripheries, encouraging projects that involve youth aged 18 to 29, particularly NEETs. Each project must span a minimum of six months and may encompass various artistic expressions and technological advancements. Collaborations with a third-sector entity are mandatory. A total budget of €600,000 is available, with individual projects eligible for up to €60,000, covering 80% of their costs.
