Italian Galleries at Paris Internationale 2023
The ninth edition of Paris Internationale is held at Central Bergère, a 1911 brick building in the Grand Boulevard area, across five floors. The fair's exhibition design by Swiss firm Christ&Gantenbein features comb-like drywall partitions. Among 65 exhibitors, several Italian galleries present solo and group shows. Highlights include: Galleria Milano (Milan) with Marie Matusz; Galleria P420 (Bologna), a founding gallery, with Zoe Williams; Veda (Florence) showing Sophy Naess and Damon Zucconi; Galleria P420 (Bologna) with Monika Stricker, Francis Offman, and Piero Manai; Galleria Mazzoleni (Turin/London) with Somaya Critchlow; Galleria Massimo Minini (Brescia) with Nicolas Roggy and Larry Stanton; and Galleria T293 (Rome) with Nicole Gravier and Dana DeGiulio. The fair serves as a young, creative counterpart to Paris+ during Paris Art Week.
