Italian Fundraising School Returns for Second Edition on Cultural Sustainability
From December 13 to 16, 2021, Rome, Italy, will see the second edition of '+ fundraising + cultura' organized by the Scuola di Fundraising di Roma. Massimo Coen Cagli, the scientific director, references research indicating that 40% of Italian adults who appreciate culture are willing to contribute, donating an average of €80 annually, in contrast to €25 in the UK. This event seeks to offer solutions for the sustainability of cultural institutions, particularly in light of post-pandemic recovery and the Next Generation EU funds. The program features two preparatory webinars, one in-person gathering, and six online thematic working tables, with participation from ANCI, ALES, ASSIF, and others. Coen Cagli stresses that this matter affects the entire nation.
