Italian duo to open street art gallery in Amsterdam

exhibition · 2026-05-04

Andrea Deiana and Chiara D'Agostino, Italian collectors and residents of Amsterdam, are launching Art 3035 Gallery in a historic building in the city center. The gallery, set to open by the end of 2019, will focus on urban art, pop art, and illustration. The couple, who have backgrounds in music and event organization, began collecting works by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, and Banksy, later expanding to emerging street artists. The gallery's research will prioritize urban art, with an emphasis on works created parallel to public space projects, rather than bringing street art indoors. The inaugural group show will feature artists Iabo, Laurina Paperina, Tony Gallo, Raul 33, and Alice Pasquini, followed by a solo show of Iabo curated by Luca Beatrice. The gallery plans four solo exhibitions and four international art fair participations annually. On February 10, 2019, Raul 33's solo show 'Nomadic Signs' will open at One Contemporary Art in Venice. The team includes curator Ginevra Russo, assistant Simone Andreini, and artistic consultant Stephan Roodveldt.
