Italian Cultural Festivals in February 2023: From Music Film to Neuroscience

February 2023 closes with a wave of cultural festivals across Italy. In Turin, the ninth edition of Seeyousound International Music Film Festival runs from February 24 to March 2 at Cinema Massimo, opening with the Italian premiere of Kirill Serebrennikov's 'Tchaikovsky's Wife', which debuted at Cannes 2022. The festival features 79 feature films, documentaries, shorts, and music videos. In Milan, the fourth edition of Cervello&Cinema takes place from February 27 to March 5 at Anteo Palazzo del Cinema, where nine scientists introduce seven cult films exploring 'Scherzi della Mente' (tricks of the mind). In Florence, the first edition of Testo, a new book fair curated by Pitti Immagine and Stazione Leopolda in collaboration with Todo Modo, runs from February 24 to 27 at Stazione Leopolda. In Turin, the fifth edition of Puzzle Musicale jazz series presents concerts on February 24 and March 3 at the Biblioteca Civica Musicale Andrea Della Corte, featuring singer Sonia Schiavone and pianist Silvia Cucchi. In Bergamo, CLUSTER, a new electronic music and multimedia series, launches on February 24 at Daste, part of Bergamo Brescia Italian Capital of Culture 2023.
