Istanbul Modern Surveys Ozan Sağdıç's 70-Year Career

Istanbul Modern presents 'Ozan Sağdıç: The Photographer’s Testimony,' a comprehensive exhibition spanning the artist's seven-decade career since the 1950s. Curated by Demet Yıldız Dinçer and Merih Akoğul, with Dr. Ruhi Oğuz Sağdıç as consultant, the show features documentary photography that captures Türkiye's social, political, economic, cultural, and visual history. Sağdıç's work documents the interplay of change and stagnation across Istanbul, Ankara, and other countries, including portraits of politicians, artists, and writers alongside street life depicting workers, entertainers, travelers, and children. The exhibition is sponsored by Burgan Bank.
