ISSCUU Security Training Complex by Laboratorio Urbano ULSA and Urbánika
The Instituto Superior de Seguridad Chihuahua (ISSCUU), a 2500 m² complex designed for training and professionalization of security and emergency response personnel, has been completed in Chihuahua, Mexico. The project was led by architects Oscar Chávez-Acosta and Federico Campos, with technical team Zuleika Solis, Raúl Flores, Paulina Ruiz, and Karina Acosta. Curated by Valentina Díaz, the architecture integrates highly specialized spaces for tactical and operational training. Materials were supplied by Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua, Interceramic y Porcelanite, and Osel. Photography by Federico Campos.
