Isabel Marant and Havaianas will release their first collaborative collection on May 22, featuring four flip-flop styles including tie-dyed and studded designs. The partnership was announced with a 48-hour exclusive pre-sale for Vogue Shopping readers via Vogue First. Marant, a longtime Havaianas wearer, describes the brand as embodying "the Brazilian quintessence of joy, freedom, and summer nonchalance." The sandals have been reimagined with sturdier leather soles and chunky metallic studs, reflecting Marant's edgy aesthetic, while other styles showcase her bold color use and bohemian prints. Marant suggests styling them with a bathing suit and pareo or with trousers and a T-shirt. The collaboration aims to elevate flip-flops from casual beachwear to versatile day-to-night footwear.
