Ipercorpo Festival Returns to Forlì with Secondo Tempo Reale

The XVII edition of Ipercorpo – Festival Internazionale delle Arti dal Vivo in Forlì will complete its program with the Secondo Tempo Reale from September 15 to 19, 2021, at EXATR and the Arena di Forlì. The festival's title emphasizes a slower, closer approach to performance, a concept developed during the lockdown and first implemented in the first part of the edition held between September and October 2020. Artistic director Claudio Angelini invites attendees to take a 'real time' to listen to themselves and the performances, calling this an unusual act of participation in an age of constant externalization. The multidisciplinary program runs from early afternoon to evening, including workshops by artists Cristina Kristal Rizzo and Salvo Lombardo, who will perform alongside Monica Francia in theater/dance shows curated by Angelini and Mara Serini. Each day opens with contemporary art events by Davide Ferri as part of 'Verso Sera,' followed by the musical program 'Gazing a Music' curated by Davide Fabbri and Elisa Gandini, featuring listening sessions and concerts. An international Masterclass Scena Europa for young organizers focuses on the European scene. Angelini advises arriving around 7 p.m. to enjoy all proposals until evening, combining a convivial moment at the Festival Center with good wine, emphasizing the dance program as a big party from young choreographers to international artists.
