Io, noi e Gaber: documentary on Giorgio Gaber premieres at Rome Film Fest

"Io, noi e Gaber," a documentary by Riccardo Milani, debuted at the 18th Rome Film Festival, celebrating the legacy of Italian singer-songwriter Giorgio Gaber, two decades after his passing. The film, shot in Milan and Viareggio, chronicles Gaber's journey from his early rock days with Adriano Celentano to the development of his "Teatro Canzone" style. It features conversations with family and associates, including Dalia Gaberscik, Gianfranco Aiolfi, and Gianni Morandi. Produced by Atomic in collaboration with RAI Documentari and Luce Cinecittà, and distributed by Lucky Red, it is set to hit theaters on November 6, 7, and 8, 2023.
