Intesa Sanpaolo launches second edition of cultural manager training course
Intesa Sanpaolo has opened applications for the second edition of its Alta Formazione course for cultural managers, part of the Gallerie d'Italia Academy. The first edition, held from February to July 2021, received nearly 900 applications. The course is designed for graduates with at least two years of experience in managing museums, archives, or corporate art collections. It runs from March 11 to July 2, 2022, with 144 hours of in-person classes at Gallerie d'Italia in Milan and Turin, plus 18 hours of webinars and 10 hours of self-paced learning. Topics include legal frameworks, public-private partnerships, heritage management, collection management, financial aspects, and new additions like PNRR and cultural project management. The course is coordinated by Guido Guerzoni of Bocconi University. Eight scholarships are available from Fondazione 1563 and Fondazione Cariplo. Application deadline is January 12, 2022.
